Shideh has been at the helm of our management team since we started.  She specializes in forecasting, strategic planning, cost savings, revenue cycle, structuring and practice startups, mergers and acquisitions.  She sees the big picture in every situation. 

Dr. Doerr is a board certified physician by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons.  He is fellowship trained in both spine surgery and sports medicine.  He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.   Named Phoenix Magazine's Top Doc from 2008-2015.

 Jenny joined our team in 2025 after working with us over the years since 2009. She brings extensive hands-on healthcare experience and a deep understanding of the medical field. She is known for her reliability, practical knowledge, and steady support she provides to both our team and the clients we serve. 

 Ashley joined our team in 2022 and and is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and exceptional work ethic. She takes great pride in supporting our clients and building positive relationships, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, responsiveness, and care. 

Jennifer joined our team in 2024.  With her nursing background, Jennifer plays an important role in supporting training initiatives and ensuring the quality and consistency of our deliverables. Her ability to bridge clinical insight with operational processes helps strengthen the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the work we provide to our clients.
